Battery and Shell Replacement

Gold Coast Car Keys can replace the battery within the key, this will extend the distance and accuracy of your remote. We use Maxwell brand batteries which come with a 2 year replacement warranty. If you’ve worn out the rubber button or the key shell has cracked, Gold Coast Car Keys can refit all your existing electronics and chip, inside a new key shell. This is a cost effective solution to a full new programmed car key. We will supply a new battery and do a frequency test to ensure your old electronics in the new key shell will be as good as a new original Key. Make it happen before you destroy your circuit board.
TRANSPONDER KEY DUPLICATION
Electronic transponder car keys are now very common, (law since 1996) adding significantly to the protection of your vehicle. Transponder keys usually take the form of a transponder chip planted inside the head of a conventional key. We will then introduce the fob by either “sequence programming” or “diagnostic programming” this is included in the price. You can park your car right outside our door.
